Raisin Products & Standards
More than 80% of grapes grown in Malayer are converted into raisins, including tangry (golden), non-acidic sun-dried, seeded sun-dried and California raisins. The rest is sold as fresh grapes, verjuice, grape vinegar, grape syrup, and baslogh.

Grading & packaging
Products are graded by berry size, color, impurity percentage and moisture content, and supplied in 10 kg cartons, 25 kg bags, or custom private-label packaging per buyer specification.

With more than 60 processing, grading and packaging units, Malayer produces about 50,000 tons of raisins annually and exports to Russia, Iraq, India and European countries.
